About the Center

We are one of the most diversified specialized pharmaceutical training centers in Africa.

The Center for Training, Research and Expertise in Drug Science (CEA-CFOREM) at the Joseph Ki-Zerbo University in Burkina Faso has been selected as part of the African Centers of Excellence projects for development impact (CEA-Impact) of the World Bank in 2018.

It includes and strengthens:

  • the Master of Specialties in Health and Medicine Sciences (MSSM) of the Training and Research Unit in Health Sciences (UFR / SDS), the aim of which is to develop attractive Master programs and continuing education;
  • and the Drug Development Laboratory (LADME) of the Doctoral School of Health (ED2S), which are responsible for training university doctoral students (PhD).
